Client Overview
Located in the picturesque countryside of Cirencester, a dedicated grounds maintenance team, responsible for managing a large estate and caring for resident alpacas, found themselves in need of a new steel-framed building. As the demand for a central hub to support their daily work continued to grow, they turned to Midbrook Steel Buildings for a practical, long-lasting solution.

What We Delivered
The team delivered a bespoke steel building measuring 10m x 20m x 2.6m, designed with a dual-pitched 10° roof. The building was finished in black cladding, featuring 40mm insulated roof panels and single-skin wall panels to balance performance and cost.
Our turnkey service also included handling the Permitted Development planning application, streamlining the entire process for the client.
Although some internal fit-out works are to be completed by others, the building is already being used daily and has made such a big difference already.
