This case study focuses on a project completed by Midbrook Steel Buildings for Pace Mechanical, a commercial client in Spalding. The project involved the construction of a steel framed building, measuring 7m x 15m, which was to be used for storage and offices. Midbrook was responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, groundworks and supply/installation of the steel building.

Midbrook Steel Buildings worked closely with Pace Mechanical to ensure that the steel framed building met their specific requirements. The steel building includes a mezzanine floor which provides additional space for offices and storage. The steel building was also equipped with insulation to ensure that it was energy efficient and able to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Midbrook completed all aspects of the project, including groundworks, supply and installation of the steel framed building. The team began by preparing the ground and ensuring that the site was level. Once this was complete, the team erected the steel frame, which was bolted together to ensure structural integrity. The walls and roof were then added, with insulation installed to ensure the building was energy-efficient. The team also installed the mezzanine floor and internal fit-out, which included offices and storage space.

The steel framed building constructed by Midbrook Steel Buildings for Pace Mechanical in Spalding was completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard. The team ensured that the steel building was structurally sound, energy-efficient, and provided a comfortable working environment for the client. The project demonstrated Midbrook’s expertise in constructing steel framed buildings and the team’s ability to work closely with clients to deliver projects that meet their specific requirements.
