Apprentice on site in steel building

Midbrook Welcomes Four New Apprentices to the Team

We’re pleased to have welcomed four new apprentices to the Midbrook team this year, supporting the next generation as they begin their careers in construction and business.

Our new apprentices have joined us across several areas of the company, including Draughting, Groundworks, and Business Administration, giving them valuable hands-on experience while they learn from our experienced team.

Hands-On Experience in Steel Building Design and Construction

Our Sales Estimator, Will C, recently took our new Apprentice Draughtsman, Liam, out on a number of site surveys to give him some hands-on experience and the chance to see first-hand what goes into the steel building projects he’ll be working on.

Getting out on site gives Liam a better understanding of the full process behind our projects, from the initial survey and design stages to the construction of the finished steel building.

Liam has already settled right in with the team, and we’re looking forward to seeing his skills develop as he begins his career in the construction industry.

Four New Apprentices Join Midbrook

Liam is one of four apprentices we’ve welcomed to Midbrook Steel Buildings this year, alongside two Apprentice Groundworkers and a Business Administration Apprentice.

With apprentices working across both our office and site-based teams, they’ll be gaining experience in different areas of the business and developing skills that will support them throughout their careers.

Investing in the Next Generation of Construction Talent

At Midbrook, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of talent and give people the opportunity to build valuable skills and experience within the industry.

Apprenticeships are a great way for us to pass on the knowledge and experience within our existing team while helping new talent develop their own careers.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for all four of our new apprentices, and it’s safe to say the future of Midbrook and the construction industry is looking bright!
