Our client approached Midbrook Steel Buildings looking for a fast, reliable quote for an insulated warehouse extension to their existing hot-rolled steel building in Essex. With some urgency behind the request, our sales estimator, Will Cudworth, worked closely with the client to refine the design, ensure it met their needs, and keep everything on budget. This included several site visits, frequent updates, and clear communication throughout.

Upgrading the Existing Warehouse with Modern Recladding

While we were on site working on the new extension, our client was really pleased with the standard of our work and the finish of the new cladding. So much so that they asked us to reclad their existing building, giving it a much more modern appearance and ensuring it met current regulations. The completed extension and refurbishment now sit together perfectly as one unified, upgraded warehouse!

Groundworks, Foundations and Concrete Floor Installation

Midbrook handled the full groundworks package, including pad foundations and a new concrete floor. The client had already prepared the reduced level and laid a flat stone base, allowing our team to move efficiently and keep the programme on track.

Working Within Tight Site Constraints

Space on site was tight, but with thoughtful planning and a well-engineered design, we made the most of every inch. This allowed us to stay on schedule while keeping safety at the forefront.
