Project Overview
Warwickshire Willow, a thriving willow business, was in desperate need of more space as their booming success meant they had outgrown their kitchen workspace. When they found themselves struggling to even find space on the sofa to sit down, they knew it was time to invest in a better solution. They decided to go with a new steel barn and after discovering our website and exploring our case studies, they got in touch with us here at Midbrook Steel Buildings.
The brief was for a steel-framed building measuring approximately 24m x 10m with an eaves height of 4m and a 38-degree dual-pitch roof. The design also included a 6.5m x 6.5m steel canopy, standing 3.5m to the eaves, positioned at the front of the main building, along with an additional side store measuring 10m x 5m with 3m eaves and the same 38-degree roof pitch. Additionally, they needed a durable concrete floor, designed to withstand the weight and movement of tractors.

Inside, a mezzanine floor was added over two end bays, with the steel frame designed to support a full mezzanine in future, offering flexible space as the business continues to grow!
