Steel Building Project Overview
When Silverline Boat Builders reached out to Midbrook Steel Buildings, they were looking for a new commercial storage solution to support their growing boatbuilding business. Their existing space was limiting efficiency and they needed a lightweight steel-framed building that would streamline operations and provide a secure, insulated environment for their boats.
This purpose-built steel-framed building features a sleek, modern finish and was completed ahead of schedule, despite logistical challenges caused by the site’s proximity to water. That then leads us on perfectly to what the challenges were…
Overcoming Site Challenges
The biggest challenge was location. Being so close to the water meant access restrictions, requiring careful planning and precise execution. Our team took this into account from the outset, ensuring every detail was considered before construction began. And, as always, they pulled it off brilliantly, never a doubt in our minds!
