Client Overview
In March 2022, a private client in Derbyshire contacted Midbrook Steel Buildings with a request for a steel framed building to store their classic car collection. The client was impressed with Midbrook’s previous work and was keen to work with a local steel building company.
Client’s Requirements
The client’s specifications were clear: they needed a steel-framed building tailored to the storage of their classic cars. The structure had to be both spacious and secure, providing adequate protection while radiating elegance and durability. Moreover, as a forward-thinking individual, the client expressed a preference for sustainable building solutions.
Steel Building Project Execution
We provided a quote for a steel framed building with insulated timber cladding, measuring 11 meters wide, 3 meters high to eaves and 20 meters long. After a period of discussion to finalise the building specification, the client ordered the steel framed building, which was erected by Midbrook’s professional team in July/August 2022.
Innovative Solutions
Midbrook Steel Buildings’ experienced team worked closely with the client to ensure that the steel building met their requirements while being completed within the given timeline. Additionally, the team utilised Kingspan’s QuadCore PowerPanel Pitched Roof Panel, an in-built solar PV roof solution, to provide a sustainable and cost-effective roofing solution.
