 Midbrook was commissioned to provide a design and build solution and a total turnkey solution for their client, working alongside the project architect. Our scope of works involved construction and design of an insulated floor slab including two in ground electro hydraulic vehicle lifts, supply & fix of main structure utilising our engineered cold rolled steel columns incorporating a catslide lean to roof, supply & fit of KSRW1000 cladding, insulated remote controlled rollershutter doors and internal Doc M toilet facility, welfare area and M & E works. The schedule of works were completed within a 12 week build programme on a JCT Minor works contract.  |
