A private client approached Midbrook Steel Buildings with a request for a new steel building that could serve as a home gym and car garage. The client required a bespoke solution that was well-insulated, secure and matched their existing colour scheme.
Midbrook Steel Buildings worked closely with the client to understand their requirements and deliver a customised solution. The steel framed building was constructed using galvanized cold rolled steel and included an insulated roof and cladding in Anthracite colour.

In 2021, Midbrook Steel Buildings were approached by a client who needed a new storage steel building to replace their existing dilapidated stable/outbuilding. The client required a steel structure that would store their garden/grounds maintenance equipment and it needed to be designed in a way that complemented the surrounding environment.
The client’s existing building was in a state of disrepair and was no longer fit for purpose. They needed a new structure that could provide them with the necessary storage space while also blending in with the natural surroundings.
Insulated Steel Framed Maintenance Building for Grange Travel
Grange Travel, a bus and coach company in Gravesend, required a quick delivery of an insulated maintenance steel framed building to service their vehicles. They contacted Midbrook Steel Buildings and the team provided a bespoke solution to meet the client’s requirements.
One of the main challenges was the client’s requirement for quick delivery. Midbrook Steel Buildings had to ensure that the steel building was supplied and installed on time. The company had to work around the clock to meet the client’s deadline while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Supplying Filter Press Steel Buildings Globally
Midbrook Steel Buildings were contacted very early in the design phase to work with this company’s engineers to design a filter press building which would be mounted on an elevated steel base platform 8m or thereabouts above ground level.
The design brief was very specific and the building structure had to be designed to cater for increased wind loads due to the elevated nature of the building and also take into account heavy snow loadings in certain locations.

The client initially hoped to utilise their existing cold rolled structure as a foundation for the new warehouse. However, due to the required span being too large for cold rolled steel and the weakness of the existing slab, an alternative solution was necessary.
