what we did...
We were contracted to supply a total project management package, this involved the groundworks, supply and fit of the buildings, internal fit out, connection of utilities, Mechanical & Electrical works and internal decoration and construction of a concrete yard area. The project was completed within a 14 week programme, we acted as the main contractor on this project.

what we did...
We were contracted to supply & fit a dual pitch building 19m x 65m long the majority of the building was single skin cladding apart from one elevation that was insulated cladding and the columns were fire boarded to comply with building regulations. The building was fixed to individual pads and the train track put in position once we had fitted the steel frame work. This project was completed within a 5 week programme.

what we did...
Our brief on this project was to arrive on site to a pre-prepared concrete slab by others, and to supply and fit a fully insulated building 12m wide 42m long and 6m to the eaves. Internally we supplied a mezzanine floor with 38mm chipboard flooring covering 38m of the internal floor area incorporating two sets of access stairs fully compliant with Part K of building regulations.

what we did...
Our client was let down at the last minute by an alternative supplier, we managed to exceed their expectations and design and build the structure to meet with their project deadlines. Working to a tight programme, we completed the supply & fit of the 12m x 20m x 6.5m to the eaves. Fully insulated and incorporating a mezzanine floor with 38mm chipboard and stairs. This particular project was completed within a 4 week timeframe.

Our scope of works for this project involved the supply & fit of a steel framed building structure 15m x 47m x 5m to the eaves and related fire boarding of columns. Adhering to Kiers health & safety conditions we managed to complete the build within a 4 week programme, which was completed within the time frame specified in the project.

We were contracted to design and construct a reinforced concrete slab and carry out affiliated drainage works, and to provide a steel warehousing building 16.1m x 28m x 4.2m to the eaves. The building is a fully insulated structure with a rollershutter access door and PA and fire doors. Following on from the success of this project we were asked to provide a second building together with groundworks drainage and internal blockwork measuring 14m x 20m x 5m to the eaves.

Our brief was to offer a Design and Build full turnkey package. Scope of works included, floor slab design, construction and drainage works. Supply & fix of a 10m x 10m x 5.85 to the eaves insulated building, with Mezzanine floor, 38mm chipboard floor, stairs, handrails and downstairs WC facility. A fire boundary condition formed part of the building regulations for both one boundary and the underside of the mezzanine floor.

Our customer required a package that included a concrete floor slab and an insulated garage building for car storage and repairs. We supplied a reinforced concrete slab 200mm thick with a power-floated finish to suit his new building measuring 15m x 23m x 4m to the eaves, fully insulated with an insulated roller-shutter door and a secure 12 point locking access door. This project from commencing the floor slab to handover of the building was completed in a six week programme.

what we did...
Dealing directly with the Wildlife park owner, who had designed the steep roof pitch to maximise the usage of the solar panels, we provided a supply and fit package for an insulated educational training centre. The dimensions of the building were 14m x 25m with an eaves height of 2.5m and a 20 degree roof pitch with an overhang eaves detail. The main frame was constructed using our galvanised steel C section columns, the structure was clad using KSRW1000 panel a core thickness of 80mm and 115mm to meet building regulation requirements. The toilet block facility was constructed using a steel stud & track framing system, internal fit out was carried out by the customer

what we did...
Our tender formed part of a Sport England grant bid, the client required a contractor that was able to offer a full-turnkey package once they had obtained planning permission. Consulting with our engineers we offered a slab design and building package that ticked the boxes of the committee. Our build programme for this programme was a 6 week programme; the floor slab was a 175mm double reinforced raft design with a 6m x 16.7m x 2.4m high insulated storage facility with 3 electric rollershutter doors.
