 Midbrook Steel Buildings was contracted to provide a full turnkey solution for a new steel framed building project. The client required a versatile building that could be used for paint spraying, offices, and general warehousing. Midbrook Steel Buildings was responsible for the construction of a reinforced raft foundation and yard area, the supply and installation of the main steelwork, mezzanine steelwork, and cladding. We also carried out internal first and second fix joinery, plastering, ceiling and flooring work, while mechanical and electrical work was sub-contracted to Arc Mechanical. The client needed a versatile building that could serve multiple purposes. They required a cost-effective and efficient solution that could be delivered within a specific timeline.
